In accordance with The Consumer Rights Act 2015 all our items are covered by a 30 day guarantee.

This means should the item become faulty within 30 days, or if it is not fit for purpose you will be issued a full refund.

For any refund you must provide proof of purchase.

No refund will be given for customer negligence, i.e. if you break it!

We do not refund for change of mind.

A second hand retailer – just like any other – is under no legal obligation to provide a refund or even a return because you have simply changed your mind about a purchase.
